Mandy Chan

Mandy received her master’s degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, with a background in nutrition and education. She developed an interest in food sustainability during her graduate career, and hopes to utilize research and outreach to improve the sustainability of our food system. She traveled from the United States to be a part of the Sustainable Food Trust team as an intern to assist with research reports and the Harmony in Food and Farming Conference in 2017.
