Philippa Griffiths

Philippa Griffiths spent her early years on a dairy farm in Shropshire and has continued to enjoy a connection with rural Shropshire.

A graduate in Rural Land Management from Harper Adams University in Shropshire, her placement year was spent working at Sandringham Estate in Norfolk as a trainee land agent.

Following graduation she worked as land agent in Cheshire, before deciding to return to Harper Adams to gain a Masters of Research in Agri-Food Systems and Public Health. Here she further developed interest in the food systems relationship with human nutrition and health, and has recently contributed a chapter related to this topic in the publication entitled ‘Contemporary issues in food chain supply management’.
