Tom Boyden

Tom Boyden is a horticulture student at University of Wisconsin and has just finished a study abroad, focusing on Organic Agriculture at Wageningen University in the Netherlands.

Tom has worked in all facets of the food system, from farm-to-table restaurants to a biodynamic farm. Now, he’s cycling around Europe, filming and writing about those working for a sustainable food system. His musings and videos can be found on his blog, Organic and Urban.
