Ulla Kaja

During Ulla’s studies in agriculture she met organic beekeepers, traditional cheese makers and vegetable growers with excellent products who had problems selling those for an appropriate price.

Ulla then decided to participate in the Food Culture and Communication masters programme at the Slow Food University in Italy. There she obtained the necessary skills to develop marketing concepts especially for small-scale food and beverage producers. Ulla is currently living in Berlin and working as a freelance marketing consultant.
