Bonnie grew up in rural Somerset and has a keen interest in global sustainable food and farming practices and permaculture. She studied a Liberal Arts and Sciences degree in Amsterdam, during which time she worked for the sustainable food charity, ASEED Europe. Since then she has completed a Masters degree in The Anthropology of Food at SOAS University in London.
Bonnie began working with the SFT as an intern helping with the Harmony in Food and Farming Conference. She now works as Projects Assistant, and is involved in several areas of the organisation including communications and events planning.
