Bee Farrell

Bee Farrell enjoys the cultural, historical and anthropological stories of food. As food is fundamental to every aspect of life she is lucky to work with many different people in very different places.

As a food anthropologist she has worked with architects, millers, community food groups, schools, historians, artists, farmers and universities. She is currently developing food frameworks, writing a dissertation on The rise of the artisan baker and developing a foodways museum in South West France.
