Domini is the founder of Tried & Supplied, a holistic purchasing platform for supply chain efficiency and sustainability. The platform draws on her experience from across hospitality, software development and data management, as well as her passion for sustainable food. In April 2021 she launched the first Better Hospitality Conference to help hospitality businesses reopen better. The conference involved 74 expert speakers and chairs across 29 sessions covering the core themes of sustainability, resilience, people and nutrition. She is a regular contributor to industry blogs, magazines and podcasts such as Public Sector Catering magazine and Hospitality Mavericks, including researching and producing a series of reports on local sourcing within the public sector together with Love British Food.
