Ellie Howard and Joya Berrow
Ellie Howard (b. 1992) is a photography researcher and writer. A graduate from the UCL (MA Material and Visual Cultures), she has experience working for London-based arts institutions Studio Voltaire and Barbican Centre. She has written critical reviews and featured articles for publications including the British Journal of Photography, Magnum Photos, Loupe, Photomonitor, and Elephant Magazine.
Joya Berrow, is a storyteller, through film / photography she works to create more intersectional conversation and impact in the climate movement, with a focus on community environmental activism. Her work focuses on ocean conservation filmmaking and regenerative agriculture photography. She has directed award winning films, that have been broadcast by National Geographic, Nowness, Real Stories, VICE, WSL, BFI and Red Bull Media House.
