Luke is an investigative journalist on agriculture and environmental issues, and a policy writer and campaigner with the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG). After living in Transylvania for four years, where he worked on long term investigations into the effects of European policy and local corruption on rural populations and the environment, he moved back to England in late 2015, just as the UK was gearing itself up for the EU referendum. That now past, he works on policy with FWAG, considering options as we move into an uncertain future. And he continues to work freelance as a journalist. Luke’s work has been published in The Guardian, Der Spiegel, The Telegraph, Newsweek and many more, and his investigations into land grabbing and the CAP were awarded runner up in the European Press Prize in 2016.
