Rebecca Holden

Becky Holden farms with her husband and Sustainable Food Trust founding director, Patrick Holden, at Bwlchwernen Fawr, Wales’ longest certified organic dairy farm, situated about 10 miles from the Ceredigion coast in West Wales. The farm produces a traditional hard cheese called Hafod using raw milk from a herd of 70 Ayrshire cows.
