Patrick is joined by Thomasina Miers, co-founder of Mexican street food restaurant chain Wahaca

Thomasina found fame on Masterchef Goes Large, and in 2019, was awarded an OBE for services to the food industry. In the podcast, Thomasina explains how the avocado hype has had a hugely detrimental effect for chefs and local people where they are grown in South America.
